Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for editing and formatting correspondence, reports, and proposals, as well as assembling documents for distribution
Manages multiple assignments with minimal supervision and collaborates cross-functionally to obtain information
Manage and submit expenses in Deltek Vantagepoint.
Operates a telephone switchboard with multiple phone lines.
Maintains phone call logs.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Orders, receives, and maintains office and kitchen supplies.
Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
Transcribes data reports from lab techs – field concrete tests and field density reports.
Maintains a list of computer resources and assignments.
Prepares professional resume for new employees.
Performs other administrative duties such as filing, coping, and collating.
Vehicle logs and maintenance tracking.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience in a similar role
2-5 years of relevant experience
Experience with MS Office suite and Google Workspace
Experience with using documentation technology for printing, scanning and faxing documents.
Proficiency using a phone switchboard

With more than 50 years of experience, MacKay Sposito is a multidisciplinary firm based in Vancouver, Washington, specializing in public works, energy, and land development. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.

The wage range for this position is $27.00 - $36.00/hour depending on experience.

Full time employees receive a well rounded benefit package including access to our company sponsored Medical (including an HSA High Deductible option), Dental, Vision, FSA, and Supplemental Life Insurance plans. We also offer 100% company paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, and Long Term Disability coverage. Employees are eligible to participate in our company’s 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match. Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays and are able to participate in employee ownership offerings. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual profit sharing bonuses.
