Civil Project Engineer - Natural Gas

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and manage the technical delivery of a variety of gas and municipal projects.
- Communicate with clients regarding current projects and collaborate with project managers and our business development team to identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.
- Effectively direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
- Assist project managers in preparing and managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and prepare deliverables.
- Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Registered PE in the states of Washington and/or Oregon, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- 3- 5 years of design experience in transportation, gas pipeline, roadway, energy, or utilities
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians
- Experience with conducting engineering projects from conception to completion, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, construction support, and project delivery within municipal and gas projects.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as various market and business considerations.
The wage range for this position is $105,000-$125,000 per year, depending on experience

Additionally, employees also receive paid vacation time, paid sick time, and 11 paid holidays. MacKay Sposito pays for expenses associated with licensure as well as annual performance-based bonuses.
